AudioGong is a conversion tool. We do not review every upload. You are fully responsible for the content you process.
Prohibited Content
You may not use AudioGong to process:
- Illegal content — anything that violates applicable law
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
- Non-consensual intimate content — revenge porn, deepfakes, or similar
- Harassment, hate speech, or threats — targeting individuals or groups
- Doxxing — exposing private information without consent
- Copyrighted material — unless you own or have licensed the rights
- Malware, abuse, or scraping — no automated access, no exploits, no attacks
Your Responsibility
You must have proper rights to all audio you upload. This includes:
- Audio you created yourself
- Music you've licensed for use
- Public domain or Creative Commons content (with proper attribution if required)
We are not liable for copyright claims against your content.
Enforcement
If we become aware of violations, we may:
- Suspend or terminate your access — without refund
- Cooperate with lawful requests — from law enforcement or legal authorities
- Report illegal content — to appropriate authorities
