By using AudioGong ("Service"), operated by Pip Projects ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

Your Content

You own your content. You are responsible for what you upload and publish.

By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your audio solely to produce your requested export. We do not retain, distribute, or claim any rights to your content beyond this processing.

Prohibited Content

You may not use AudioGong to process illegal, abusive, or harmful content. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details on what's not allowed.

Payments

US-only billing. The Service is currently available to customers in the United States only.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe.
All sales are final once your export begins. Because rendering happens in your browser and we have no access to your files, we cannot verify completed exports.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents export from starting, contact us and we'll work with you.

No Warranties

The Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted availability or uptime
Compatibility with all browsers or devices
Specific rendering speeds or output quality

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pip Projects is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, abuse the Service, or engage in prohibited conduct—without refund and without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
